
This is my take on a mung bean recipe for someone with a busy life! I use a rice cooker to save time – my personal favorite is the Buffalo Smart Cooker, but most will work great.
Ingredients:
- Mung Beans
- White Basmati Rice
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Carrots
- Seasoning from Surya Spa (feel free to season your own way as well)
Steps:
- Combine Mung beans, rice, sugar snap peas & diced carrots in the rice cooker
- Place cooker on “cook” and leave it. (By the time you come home, the meal will be ready on the “keep warm” setting on the cooker)
- Season to taste and serve!
