VANILLA
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cups chopped bananas, frozen and peeled
1 Tbsp your choice nut milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinky-tip size vanilla bean
CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cups chopped bananas, frozen and peeled
1-2 Tbsp your choice nut milk
½-1 Tbsp cacao or unsweetened cocoa
Optional: 2 tsps honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar, xylitol; or ¼ tsp stevia
Garnish: cacao nibs or chocolate chips
STRAWBERRY
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cups chopped bananas, frozen and peeled
¼ cup chopped strawberries, fresh or frozen
1-2 Tbsp your choice nut milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: ½ tsp honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar, xylitol; or ¼ tsp stevia
Garnish: More strawberries
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cups chopped bananas, frozen and peeled
1-2 Tbsp your choice nut milk
¼ cup fresh mint, packed
½ tsp peppermint oil
Optional: ½ tsp honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar, xylitol; or ¼ tsp stevia
