FAQs
Orders received before 12pm PST usually leave our warehouse the same day. Arrival times may vary depending on your location and delivery service.
Due to potential carrier delays, you may see your package in a city or in the same status for a few days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered.
Free Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
USPS Free Shipping (2-7 Business Days)
During high volume shipping please allow up to 5 days for your order to completely process for shipment.
Beyond Yoga will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. Beyond Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.
Because tracking claims can result in completed deliveries, orders cannot be refunded/reshipped during an open investigation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
To provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing, therefore cannot be modified.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date to be processed for refund. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.
