"Really loved this bra! It will definitely hold you in and has some great coverage. I ended up wanting to size up since I don’t like when it’s tight around my neck. Didn’t have as much stretch as I was expecting but I think I was comparing it to other workout brands but this is for more intensity so it makes sense. "I’m a 34DD and the medium was realllllly snug. I think I’ll exchange for a large. The fabric is really smooth, silky feeling. I know this will be good for high impact because it’s so tight. For me personally I like my clothes a bit oversized and more breathable. I’m usually a medium in BeyondYoga bras but for this one I’m thinking a large is best."

New Favorite HIIT Bra

"I’m so excited for the new high-intensity/impact line at BY! I’m a yoga girly, but I also enjoy strength training workouts and HIIT classes, and this bra did not disappoint during one of my treadmill-heavy classes. I left off one star solely from a personal preference perspective on the cut— I would love to see different cuts of razorback or crossback, or one without the peephole in the back I particularly, but that’s just my personal plea for more styles :) I usually shy away from peepholes bc of how muscular my back is, but this one was still flattering, so kudos to BY!"
