Loved the look and feel, but sizing/wear was strange

"I ordered this in my usual size (S) and immediately loved it - the square neck is insanely flattering. It (seemingly) fit like a glove. But when I decided to wear it for the first time, the straps stretched out (normal wear, only a few hours) to the point where they weren’t even touching my skin anymore. The fabric is high-quality and thick, so this meant the straps stood up straight despite being way too large for my frame. Customer support was fantastic, and agreed this was defective. So I returned it for an XS to see if that solves the problem. I don’t know if it will yet, as it has not arrived. But my review so far is that I love the look of this item, but jury’s still out on the actual fit/wear factor."
