They are mid-rise and a bit wider than the Easy Wide Leg pants and a little more casual IMO. The fabric is thinner so this pant is perfect for hot summer days. "These are so flattering and versatile! They run a tad big (I'm an 10-12 and bought a medium), are super comfortable, and high quality. I purchased these as an alternative to sweatpants for travel (I just run too hot), and these are super lightweight/thin and would also be great "cool down' pants to throw on after a workout if you needed to cover up.
