"Not for the ample-chested, this bra squeezed my breasts into a shape that puffed out along my sides like the cap of a button mushroom. Fabric was insufficiently padded and showed my nipples. My breasts would almost certainly pop out during inversions and the bra did not provide sufficient support for cardio or high impact. The support it offers is purely via compression and a thick elastic band that would creep up over the course of normal movement."
