"None of the items were delivered, in this order or the previous one. Their delivery service keeps saying they can’t deliver and returning to sender. My building has a clearly marked package room and 24 hr security if he arrived after hours so I can only assume he doesn’t try very hard. I’ve given up trying to order from them. I contacted them and received a response that was the equivalent of a shrug. Very poor customer service."
