It’s not the lightest weight material and hotter than some others, but it is very comfortable, compressive and absorbs the sweat well. The XS pants and top are a bit on the longer side both in the waist and legs for a 5’5” inch, 115 lb gal, which is surprising, but they still work."

That told me I am a size XL (following my hips measurements), but I already know that a size L falls down on me during a workout. Size M matches my waist measurement. They are stretchy enough that I would recommend following your waist measurement when choosing a size."
