I’m a fitness trainer and was able to wear it for both low and mid impact workouts with no issues, which says a lot. I also received so many compliments every time I wore it, it’s one of those pieces that people immediately notice. The only thing I would note is sizing. I went with my usual size, but I wish I had sized down to an XS as it runs a bit larger in the chest. Other than that, it’s a dream and I would absolutely purchase again."
