"These are great quality but are not forgiving in the waist if you have a little over a 28" waist. The regular leggings are a good fit, no spillover/muffin top, but these are very snug. The length was too long for someone 5'3". I returned them and ordered the regular SpaceDye high-waisted leggings instead."
