They are perfect for yoga, but also transition seamlessly into daily activities. I often run errands, work from home, and cook dinner in these comfy pants. I am 5’7” but opted for the 29” pants. "Love Beyond Yoga sports bras until this one. I’m a small A cup, but after two kids I still need some support and lift, this provided neither. Instead, it flattened and pushed everything downward in a really unflattering way. I returned it and went back to my preferred Lift Your Spirit."

It doesn't have that much support though so probably not the best for any type of workout if you have a larger chest. Super cute though!"
