"Overall, comfortable and great for layering. I tend to wear these under my scrubs and have always found the double layer supportive. I was a bit disappointed that this newer style has both layers sewn together and the straps feel tighter than the bras I have bought in the past."

They are perfect for yoga, but also transition seamlessly into daily activities. I often run errands, work from home, and cook dinner in these comfy pants. I am 5’7” but opted for the 29” pants.
