"This top has it all. The material is so soft and comfortable. I teach reformer Pilates multiple times a day, so always need to feel comfortable and able to move easily in what I choose to wear. The square halter fit is very flattering in its design. The material washes and dries very easily. Hoping to purchase in additional colors soon!"

It definitely can support me through a hot yoga class (I’ve felt more support but a halter top is not the same as a more normal cut bra). "I adore this style of tank and even with my loooooong torso it covers my middle when I am wearing it with the Be Free Pocket Leggings. I am a size 8 and bought the medium and it is tight in the right way. The shelf bra is fairly supportive too. You could do high impact with this but it is after all a tank.
