Perfect for yoga because you don’t have to worry about tops riding up or leggings folding down when you bend and twist! I always were a large in BY, and this was true to size. I’m 5-5 and 195 lbs. only taking off 1 star because the front seam and waist seam aren’t the most flattering. I got black so it didn’t matter too much, but I could see that being more unflattering with a lighter color."
