It doesn't have a draw string bottom, which would definitely be an added bonus in design and make it more practical to wear. Like other people have mentioned, it does run big, so size down, especially because it doesn't have the ability to cinch at the waist."

Since its final sale, I can’t exchange for XS, but I would imagine given the correct sizing I would actually be able to wear over just a light top and like it. I suppose if you planned on wearing heavy jackets under it then you could wear your usual size, otherwise it needs to be way sized down."
