Not for Petites

"I am exactly 5'0", 130 lb - a solid Medium. This item fits true to size at the waist but I would NOT recommend for people under 5'3" or over 5'5". I want this skirt to sit right at my hips for comfort and style but the crotch of the shorts is a bit too long so I get saggy crotch if I wear the skirt where it would look best on my frame. Will return. Also, the seems of the skirt are "taped" together - quality is sus."
